Timothy V. Anderson - Partner

I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. I graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia and am now licensed to practice in Virginia, The District of Columbia and Missouri as well as many federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. My primary area of practice includes Bankruptcy, Criminal/Traffic Defense, Intellectual Property and Estate Planning.

Jonah S. Dickey - Associate Attorney

I graduated from Regent University School of law in 2000 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Previous to that I graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Commercial Art/Advertising with an emphasis in Studio & Fine Arts.

I have previously been engaged in private practice as well as the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission. My primary practice areas are Criminal & Traffic Defense (both adult and juvenile), Personal Injury, Family Law, Contract Law and Debtors Bankruptcy.

I believe that the most important aspect of practicing law is getting to know each and every one of my clients personally so that I can understand their needs and represent them appropriately.

Bryan W. Harrison - Associate Attorney

I am a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, born at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, and have lived in several of the cities that comprise the region. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University in 1997 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

After graduation, I owned and operated a small business providing landscaping and general contracting throughout the region before attending law school.

I received my Juris Doctor in 2005 from Regent University and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar on October 31, 2005.
