Timothy V. Anderson - Partner

I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. I graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia and am now licensed to practice in Virginia, The District of Columbia and Missouri as well as many federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. My primary area of practice includes Bankruptcy, Criminal/Traffic Defense, Intellectual Property and Estate Planning.

Bryan W. Harrison - Associate Attorney

I am a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, born at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, and have lived in several of the cities that comprise the region. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University in 1997 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

After graduation, I owned and operated a small business providing landscaping and general contracting throughout the region before attending law school.

I received my Juris Doctor in 2005 from Regent University and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar on October 31, 2005.

After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in History from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida.  I received my Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.  As a Veteran Marine, I take great pride in representing other veterans and active duty service members.  I believe that every case, “big” or “small,” should be handled individually, with professionalism and integrity.  My areas of practice include Criminal/Traffic Defense, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning.

Outside of the courtroom, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Nickie, and our pug, Nelson.  I am an avid hunter, outdoorsman, and firearms enthusiast.
